1. Who we are

This website, vocsy.io (the "Site"), and the VOCSY.IO brand are owned and operated by Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India (CIN U72200GJ2018PTC100380, GSTIN 24AAECE8965H1ZC), with its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, India ("VOCSY.IO", "we", "us"). Any engagement entered into through this Site is contracted with Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited.

2. Use of the Site

The Site presents our services and portfolio. You may browse and share its content for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, misuse its infrastructure, or scrape it at abusive volumes.

3. Services & engagements

Descriptions of services on the Site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and warranties for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited and the client. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails over the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, text, and graphics are the property of Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited unless otherwise noted. VOCSY.IO is a brand of Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.

5. Third-party names & trademarks

AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. VOCSY.IO is an independent agency: we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. References to these platforms describe the services we work with, nothing more.

6. No guarantees; disclaimers

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we make no guarantee of specific results (rankings, ROAS, eCPM, revenue, or approval by any ad platform). The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ethereal Infosoft Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
